Horizon Spa Design always quotes custom services based on each client's specific needs. Since every project is unique, and with the scope of work varying tremendously, the time required to complete each task must be calculated. Your quote may be estimated at a project rate, hourly rate, or weekly rate. We will end up using whichever option works out best for you based on your particular project.
